Within the framework of the Annual Program for Continuing Professional Development for 2018, the Coordinator of the working service of the Council with the associates Svetlana Georgievska and Maria Kuzmanov attended the last cycle of classes for 2018 organized by the Institute of Certified Auditors of the Republic of Macedonia. It was held on November 28, 29 and 30, 2018 in Holiday Inn – Skopje.
The coordinator of the Directorate for Research and Development at the ISA, Dr Darko Blazevski, who is also a member of the Council, had a comprehensive presentation of the changes in the Law on Insurance Supervision, the new bylaws of the Agency and the challenges that are to be followed by the transposition of the Solvency Directive 2 and the application of IFRS 17.
Dr Ilija Andovski, member of the Council participated in the panel discussion with the representatives of the regulators as a representative of the NBRM. The panel discussion was an opportunity for the present to get acquainted with the significance of the audit in the accomplishment of the mission of the regulatory bodies and institutions that represented them. The member of the Council Blagoj Hristov also joined the panel.
