On April 4th, 2016 in Zagreb, Croatia, the Council again deepened its international cooperation with another Member state of the European Union by signing a Memorandum of Understating with the Audit Public Oversight Committee of the Republic of Croatia.
This Memorandum allows further successful cooperation, exchange of information and experiences and strengthening of the Councils capacities, as well as strengthening of the oversight system of the audit between both regulatory bodies.
The cooperation will primarily be realized through the development of joint projects using Twinning and Taiex programs of the European Union. Readiness for cooperation was emphasized between both sides through becoming members in international organizations such as IFIAR and EGAOB.
Memorandum was signed by Mrs. Sonja Gjelova Stojanova, President of the Council and Mr. Zeljko Gaber, President of the Audit Public Oversight Committee of the Republic of Croatia.
