On November 09th and 10th 2015 in Bucharest, Romania, the President of the Council Mrs. Sonja Gjelova-Stojanova and representatives of the employees of the Council attended the International conference entitled Enhancing the credibility of the financial statements organized by the Public Interest Oversight Board of the Accounting Profession of Romania, the Chamber of Financial auditors of Romania and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania.
The President of the Council, Sonja Gjelova-Stojanova, addressed the conference and outlined the progress of the Republic of Macedonia in the field of promotion and oversight of the audit, adherence to high professional standards in the audit profession, as well as strengthening the investors’ confidence. Also the President of the Council highlighted the large number of activities and realized projects that are implemented by the Council on an international level.
